Wave 4 Freediver - Competitive
The Wave 4 Competitive Freediver course is designed to get you ready for a depth freediving competition and is a course that can also prepare you to excel in the instructor course. You will learn about mental preparation for competitions, training plan design, competition rules, how to use DECO oxygen and avoid DCI in deep freediving. Included is study and application of advanced depth equalization techniques including reverse packing and mouthfill.

Prerequisites

18 years of age (16 with parental consent)

Comfortable in an open water setting

Can swim >200m in open water
