Lap 1 Freediver - Intro Course
The Lap 1 Introductory (L1) Course is the first day of the 2-day Wave 1 Freediver course. This option allows you to upgrade if you enjoyed the first day and continue on your journey. This full day course includes theory, breathwork, equalization techniques, static breath-holds and depth diving. You will learn to hold your breath for 2 minutes and dive to -10/15 meters (-30/45 feet) on one breath!

Prerequisites

18 years of age (16 with parental consent)
